\u884c\u4e1a\u80cc\u666f\uff1a\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u6280\u672f\u4e0e\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u77db\u76fe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u8001\u9f84\u5316\u52a0\u5267\u4e0e\u4f20\u67d3\u75c5\u9891\u53d1\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0cLab-on-a-chip\uff08LOC\uff09\u4e0e\u5373\u65f6\u68c0\u6d4b\uff08POC\uff09\u8bbe\u5907\u6210\u4e3a\u533b\u7597\u8bca\u65ad\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5b66\u5206\u6790\u7684\u5173\u952e\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u8fd9\u7c7b\u8bbe\u5907\u4f9d\u6258\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247\u5b9e\u73b0\u7eb3\u5347\u91cf\u7ea7\u6db2\u4f53\u64cd\u63a7\u3001\u5355\u7ec6\u80de\u5206\u6790\u53ca\u591a\u6b65\u53cd\u5e94\u96c6\u6210\uff0c\u800c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/en\/microfluidic-chip\/\">Chip<\/a><\/strong>\u7684\u7cbe\u51c6\u8fd0\u884c\uff0c\u79bb\u4e0d\u5f00\u5bf9\u4f53\u79ef\u6d41\u91cf\u3001\u91c7\u6837\u4f53\u79ef\u7b49\u53c2\u6570\u7684\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u5f53\u524d\u4e3b\u6d41\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u65b9\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u6ce8\u5c04\u6cf5\u867d\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u8c03\u63a7\u6d41\u91cf\uff0c\u4f46\u5b58\u5728\u54cd\u5e94\u6162\u3001\u6ce2\u52a8\u5927\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\uff1b\u8815\u52a8\u6cf5\u64cd\u4f5c\u4fbf\u6377\u5374\u7cbe\u5ea6\u4f4e\u3001\u8109\u52a8\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u96be\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/en\/product\/microfluidic-chip\/organ-chip\/1433\/\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7peek\u82af\u7247-\u7ec6\u80de\u57f9\u517b\u82af\u7247\/\">3D Cell Culture Chip<\/a><\/strong>\u3001<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/en\/microfluidic-chip\/organ-chip\/\">organ chip<\/a><\/strong>\u7b49\u9ad8\u7aef\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff1b\u5373\u4fbf\u642d\u914d\u538b\u529b\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0e\u72ec\u7acb\u6d41\u91cf\u4f20\u611f\u5668\uff0c\u5916\u63a5\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5f15\u5165\u7684\u6b7b\u4f53\u79ef\u4e5f\u4f1a\u8fdc\u8d85 LOC \u5185\u90e8\u4f53\u79ef\uff0c\u5f7b\u5e95\u7834\u574f\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5fae\u91cf\u64cd\u63a7\u4f18\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u5668\u4ef6\u591a\u91c7\u7528 PDMS \u6750\u6599\uff0c\u867d\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/en\/product\/microfluidic-device\/pdms-chip-processing-equipment\/caster\/4328\/\u6d47\u7b51\u5668\/\">PDMS \u6d47\u7b51\u5668<\/a><\/strong>\u3001<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/en\/microfluidic-device\/\u952e\u5408\u8bbe\u5907\/\">PDMS \u952e\u5408\u673a<\/a><\/strong>\u5feb\u901f\u5236\u5907<strong>PDMS \u82af\u7247<\/strong>\uff0c\u4f46 PDMS \u7684\u67d4\u8f6f\u6027\u3001\u6e29\u5ea6\u654f\u611f\u6027\u53ca\u6c14\u4f53\u6e17\u900f\u6027\uff0c\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5fae\u6d41\u9053\u622a\u9762\u79ef\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u957f\u671f\u53ef\u9760\u6d4b\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\uff0c\u4e14\u5316\u5b66\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u5dee\uff0c\u96be\u4ee5\u9002\u914d\u8150\u8680\u6027\u751f\u7269\u8bd5\u5242\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4f20\u7edf\u6d41\u91cf\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u65e0\u6cd5\u4e0e<strong>MEMS \u52a0\u5de5<\/strong>\u5de5\u827a\u517c\u5bb9\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u96c6\u6210\u5230\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247\u5185\u90e8\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u9650\u5236\u4e86 LOC \u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u5316\u4e0e\u4fbf\u643a\u5316\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u77db\u76fe\uff0c\u50ac\u751f\u4e86\u5bf9\u96c6\u6210\u5f0f\u3001\u9ad8\u517c\u5bb9\u3001\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5ea6\u6d41\u91cf\u4f20\u611f\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u6838\u5fc3\u521b\u65b0\uff1a\u65e0\u819c\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u70ed\u6d41\u91cf\u4f20\u611f\u5668\uff08MTFS\uff09\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7a81\u7834<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9488\u5bf9\u884c\u4e1a\u75db\u70b9\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u56e2\u961f\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u6b3e\u53ef\u96c6\u6210\u4e8e\u7845 &#8211; \u73bb\u7483<strong>Chip<\/strong>\u7684\u65e0\u819c\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u70ed\u6d41\u91cf\u4f20\u611f\u5668\uff08MTFS\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u6838\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4f18\u52bf\u5f7b\u5e95\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u77ed\u677f\u3002\u8be5\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u91c7\u7528\u91cf\u70ed\u5f0f\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u6052\u5b9a\u52a0\u70ed\u5668\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e3a\u57fa\u51c6\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8865\u507f\u73af\u5883\u6e29\u5ea6\u6ce2\u52a8\u786e\u4fdd\u6d4b\u91cf\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u5173\u952e\u521b\u65b0\u70b9\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u4e24\u65b9\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u7ed3\u6784\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0a\uff0cMTFS \u6452\u5f03\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u819c\u5f0f\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5c06\u8584\u819c\u70ed\u963b\u4f20\u611f\u5143\u4ef6\uff08\u52a0\u70ed\u5668 RH\u3001\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6e38\u91cf\u70ed\u4f20\u611f\u5668 RU1\/RU2\u3001RD1\/RD2 \u53ca\u53c2\u8003\u6e29\u5ea6\u4f20\u611f\u5668 RREF1\/RREF2\uff09\u5236\u5907\u4e8e<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/en\/product\/microfluidic-chip\/custom-chip\/113\/glass-devices\/\">\u73bb\u7483\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247<\/a><\/strong>\u7684\u5916\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e0e\u5fae\u6d41\u9053\u5185\u6db2\u4f53\u76f4\u63a5\u63a5\u89e6\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0d\u4ec5\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u8150\u8680\u6027\u751f\u7269\u8bd5\u5242\u5bf9\u4f20\u611f\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u66f4\u9ad8\u5de5\u4f5c\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u5b8c\u7f8e\u9002\u914d<strong>organoid chip<\/strong>\u3001\u751f\u7269\u6837\u672c\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u573a\u666f\u3002\u82af\u7247\u4e3b\u4f53\u91c7\u7528\u7845 &#8211; \u73bb\u7483\u952e\u5408\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u7845\u6676\u5706\u901a\u8fc7<strong>deep silicon etching<\/strong>\u5de5\u827a\u52a0\u5de5\u51fa 400\u00d750\u03bcm \u7684\u77e9\u5f62\u5fae\u6d41\u9053\uff0c\u642d\u914d 150\u03bcm \u539a\u787c\u7845\u73bb\u7483\u6676\u5706\uff08\u53ef\u51cf\u8584\u81f3 100\u03bcm \u63d0\u5347\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\uff09\uff0c\u517c\u987e\u7ed3\u6784\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u4e0e\u70ed\u4f20\u5bfc\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e3a<strong>\u73bb\u7483\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247<\/strong>\u7684\u7cbe\u51c6\u6d41\u91cf\u6d4b\u91cf\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6491\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u65b9\u9762\uff0cMTFS \u7684\u5236\u5907\u5de5\u827a\u5b8c\u5168\u517c\u5bb9<strong>MEMS <\/strong><strong>\u52a0\u5de5<\/strong>\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u5149\u523b\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u675f\u84b8\u53d1\u9540\u819c\u3001\u9633\u6781\u952e\u5408\u7b49\u6210\u719f\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u53ef\u5728 4 \u82f1\u5bf8\u6676\u5706\u4e0a\u6279\u91cf\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3<strong>\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u4ee3\u5de5<\/strong>\u7684\u89c4\u6a21\u5316\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u652f\u6301\u591a\u901a\u9053\u96c6\u6210\uff0c\u80fd\u6839\u636e<strong>Mcirofluidic Chip<\/strong>\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5728\u5355\u4e00\u82af\u7247\u4e0a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u591a\u4e2a\u72ec\u7acb MTFS \u5355\u5143\uff0c\u9002\u914d\u591a\u901a\u9053<strong>organ chip<\/strong>\u3001\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u6837\u672c\u5236\u5907\u7cfb\u7edf\u7b49\u590d\u6742\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u62d3\u5c55\u4e86 LOC \u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u8fb9\u754c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"554\" height=\"621\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/\u56fe\u72471-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/\u56fe\u72471-6.png 554w, https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/\u56fe\u72471-6-11x12.png 11w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 554px) 100vw, 554px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\uff08a\uff09MTFS\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u793a\u610f\u56fe\uff1b\uff08b\uff09\u96c6\u6210MTFS\u7684\u7845\u73bb\u7483\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u5668\u4ef6\u5256\u9762\u56fe\uff1b\uff08c\uff09MTFS\u63a7\u5236PCB\u793a\u610f\u56fe\uff1b\uff08d\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u4eff\u771f\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u52a0\u70ed\u5668\u9644\u8fd1\u73bb\u7483\u5916\u8868\u9762\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u573a\u5206\u5e03\uff1b\uff08e\uff09150\u03bcm\u539a\u73bb\u7483\u6676\u5706\u7684MTFS\u4eff\u771f\u7ed3\u679c\uff1a\u4e0a\u6e38\u548c\u4e0b\u6e38\u91cf\u70ed\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6e29\u5dee\u66f2\u7ebf\u4ee5\u53caMTFS\u7684\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\uff0c\u786e\u5b9a\u91cf\u70ed\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u7684\u5750\u6807L\uff1b\uff08f\uff09\u786e\u5b9a\u6ee1\u8db3\u201c\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u201d\u548c\u201c\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u201d\u9650\u5236\u7684\u901a\u9053\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
