href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/microfluidic-chip\/custom-chip\/146\/pdms%e8%8a%af%e7%89%87\/\">PDMS\uff08\u805a\u4e8c\u7532\u57fa\u7845\u6c27\u70f7\uff09<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u56e0\u826f\u597d\u7684\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u3001\u900f\u6c14\u6027\u53ca\u6613\u52a0\u5de5\u6027\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247\u7684\u4e3b\u6d41\u6750\u6599\u3002\u901a\u8fc7<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/microfluidic-device\/%e6%a1%8c%e9%9d%a2%e5%85%89%e5%88%bb%e6%9c%ba-%e6%9b%9d%e5%85%89%e6%9c%ba\/%e9%a1%b6%e6%97%ad%e7%a7%91%e7%a0%94%e6%9b%9d%e5%85%89%e6%9c%ba\/1270\/%e6%a1%8c%e9%9d%a2%e5%85%89%e5%88%bb%e6%9c%ba-%e6%9b%9d%e5%85%89%e6%9c%ba\/\">\u5149\u523b<\/a><\/strong>\u5de5\u827a\u5236\u4f5c \u6d47\u7b51<\/a><\/strong>\u3001<strong>\u952e\u5408<\/strong>\u7b49\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u53ef\u9ad8\u6548\u5236\u5907\u5177\u6709\u590d\u6742\u5fae\u901a\u9053\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u82af\u7247\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/microfluidic-device\/mems%e8%ae%be%e5%a4%87\/\">MEMS \u52a0\u5de5<\/a><\/strong>\u6280\u672f\uff08\u5982\u6df1\u7845\u523b\u8680\u3001\u8584\u819c\u6c89\u79ef\uff09\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u82af\u7247\u7684\u7cbe\u5bc6\u6027\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u5fae\u6d41\u9053\u3001\u53cd\u5e94\u8154\u7b49\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7cbe\u51c6\u8c03\u63a7\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u591a\u573a\u666f\u68c0\u6d4b\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/microfluidic-chip\/custom-chip\/113\/glass-devices\/\">\u73bb\u7483\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247<\/a><\/strong>\u51ed\u501f\u5316\u5b66\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u53cd\u5e94\u6216\u5f3a\u8150\u8680\u6027\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u5e94\u7528\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff1b\u800c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxfluidics.com\/microfluidic-chip\/custom-chip\/157\/%e7%83%ad%e5%a1%91%e6%80%a7%e6%9d%90%e6%96%99%e8%8a%af%e7%89%87\/\">PMMA\uff08\u4e9a\u514b\u529b\uff09\u82af\u7247<\/a><\/strong>\u5219\u56e0\u6210\u672c\u4f4e\u3001\u6613\u91cf\u4ea7\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u5316 POCT \u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u4f18\u9009\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u6750\u6599\u4e0e\u52a0\u5de5\u6280\u672f\uff08\u5982<strong>\u5fae\u7eb3\u52a0\u5de5\u5e73\u53f0<\/strong>\u3001<strong>\u6fc0\u5149\u5de5\u7a0b\u7845\u5fae\u6a21\u5177<\/strong>\uff09\uff0c\u4e3a\u5fae\u6d41\u63a7\u82af\u7247\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5b9a\u5236\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7075\u6d3b\u652f\u6491\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div PDMS-\u73bb\u7483\u683c\u5f0f\u768410\u5fae\u5ba4m\u03bcLAMP\u7cfb\u7edf\u7167\u7247\u3002b m\u03bcLAMP\u82af\u7247\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u5fae\u5ba4\u901a\u8fc7\u5c3a\u5bf8\u68af\u5ea6\u6865\u4e0e\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u7ec6\u5fae\u901a\u9053\u76f8\u8fde\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u5f62\u72b6\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7ae0\u9c7c\u3002c \u901a\u8fc7\u4e0d\u6eb6\u6027\u526f\u4ea7\u7269\u7126\u78f7\u9178\u9541\u76f4\u63a5\u8089\u773c\u5224\u65ad\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u3002d \u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ed3\u679c\u901a\u8fc7DNA\u5d4c\u5165\u67d3\u6599SYBR green I\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u8367\u5149\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\uff08e\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u743c\u8102\u7cd6\u51dd\u80f6\u7535\u6cf3\u786e\u5b9a\u7684LAMP\u4ea7\u7269\u7279\u6709\u7684\u9636\u68af\u72b6\u56fe\u8c31[27]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 P_{d}\\)\uff09\u6216\u771f\u7a7a\u9a71\u52a8\u538b\u529b\uff08\\(P_{V}\\)\uff09\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u3002\u79bb\u5fc3\u538b\u529b\u4f7f\u6837\u54c1\u80fd\u591f\u6cbf\u5355\u5411\u9a71\u52a8\uff0c\u800c\u771f\u7a7a\u9a71\u52a8\u529b\u53ef\u5728\u591a\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u4e0a\u62d6\u52a8\u6837\u54c1\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u4efb\u4f55\u65cb\u8f6c\u3002c
