This provides a more physiologic setup and allows different distances to be investigated simultaneously in the <strong>same device<\/strong>. Using the DDI-Chip, it is also possible to <strong>test<\/strong> for <strong>agents<\/strong> that may affect distance-related interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">This package of <strong>3 DDI Chips<\/strong> is <strong>sterile,<\/strong> and enclosed in a petri dish. The chips must be stored in dry conditions, not exposed to direct sunlight, and at room temperature (15-25 \u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">norm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The DDI-Chip is made of biocompatible <strong>polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)<\/strong>, which is breathable and ensures CO2 and O2 exchange. The support in the thin <strong>glass<\/strong> is a microscope slide with excellent optical properties such as high transparency and low autofluorescence.
