It provides a morphologically and biologically realistic microenvironment that more accurately depicts in vivo reality.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">SynBBB is a microfluidic device that allows to reconstruct the complexity of the brain <em>in vivo<\/em> microenvironment by replicating histological sections of brain tissue cells that communicate with endothelial cells across the blood-brain barrier (BBB).
