water-in-oil droplets because of their low viscosity, high boiling point, and good biocompatibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">What's more, according to the principle of similar solubility, fluorine oil is immiscible with hydrocarbon alkyl compounds, so fluorine oil, as a continuous phase, can not only prepare fluorine oil-in-water droplets, but also fluorine oil-in-acetonitrile, fluorine oil-in-DMF, fluorine oil-in-methanol droplets, and so on, and at the same time, because the contents of the droplets are insoluble in the fluorine oil, so it can realize the encapsulation efficiency of the contents of the droplets of almost 100 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2
